FAQs

What Can I Expect During a Session?

You are listening to your body and doing what you can do! You know yourself best!

You use props, allowing your body, mind, and soul to relax. Props encourage your sympathetic nervous system to deactivate the fight or flight response. The response during your Event(s) that your body, mind, and soul perceived as a threat or danger. Props motivate the parasympathetic nervous system, and the rest and digest state of being can be restored in your body, mind, and soul to a state of resilient calmness.

What’s a Release?

A release is a great experience and can be felt by You in many ways! A release is usually a combination of built-up tension, stress, trauma, worries, and tight muscles that let go of their holding patterns. Here are some examples:

  • Tears or Crying is normal.

  • Deep breathing.

  • Ability to feel that You can breathe.

  • Body making popping sounds.

  • Need to yell or scream.

  • Showing love to the body after a session by taking a bath.
