8 Session Private Yoga for PTSD This 8-session package of Private Yoga for PTSD is for those who have PTSD and are not yet comfortable with attending class with others. PTSD can be debilitating and hard to cope with. Well, no longer is this the case. These private PTSD sessions prepare you for attending class with a thriving mindset. The first session is a general assessment of needs. These one-on-one private yoga sessions focus on the areas where stagnant energy is trapped the most, neck, shoulders, and hips, while also highlighting the other important body parts. Each yoga session props (not provided) may be highly encouraged for your use to release holding patterns like an eye pillow, bolsters, strap, blankets (heated blankets work wonders for pain), pillows, and blocks to let the mind, body, and soul rest and relax from the pain you suffer from. Participants can join this group class from the privacy of their homes with or without their cameras on. Each session of yoga class is for a 60-minute session. The package expires at the end of each month and there are no refunds.
