8-Sessions of Private Yoga for Pain This 8-session package of Private Yoga for Pain is for those who suffer from Pain and want to feel better by allowing their mind and physical body to rest while the Soul is nourished with some pranayama work woven into the fabrics of yin and restorative yoga flows with some yoga movement. This will allow one’s parasympathetic nervous system to find some reprieve from the daily struggles the physical mind and body have. This allows you one-on-one private yoga sessions focusing on the area(s) in which you have pain. The first session is a general assessment of needs. Each yoga session allows you to feel supported with props (not provided), an eye pillow, bolsters, straps, blankets (heated blankets work wonders for pain), pillows, and blocks to let the mind, body, and soul rest and relax from the pain you suffer. Participants can join this group class from the privacy of your home. Each session of yoga class is for a 60-minute session. The package expires at the end of each month and no refunds exist.
