Service Description

Beginner Pranayama Three Class Series The private pranayama session includes three sessions of learning three styles of pranayama (Nadi Shodoni, Ujjaiy, and Noticing the Breath). Each 30-minute one-on-one session focuses on each style of breathwork to help you breathe properly during future classes and to help learn how to let yourself breath. Note: Different types of pranayama may be used depending on the time of year.
