Service Description
Beginner Three Class Meditation Series The private beginner meditation series includes three 30-minute sessions of learning three styles of meditation (Tension Release Meditation, Mantra Meditation and Heart Visualization Meditation). Each one-on-one session teaches you how to meditate to each style of meditation as well as how to meditate during group classes and on your own.
