Beginner Three Class Meditation Series
The private beginner meditation series includes three 45-minute sessions of learning three styles of meditation (Tension Release Meditation, Mantra Meditation, and Heart Visualization Meditation). Each one-on-one session teaches you how to meditate to each style of meditation as well as how to meditate during group classes and on your own. The package expires at the end of each month and no refunds exist.
