Private Yoga Session This private yoga instruction is a one-time one-to-one 60-minute session for Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, or Restorative yoga, the client's choice. This session is perfect for those who want to attend yoga and not have the disturbance of others. You get to choose which yoga style is best for the session. It’s also a chance to let go and just be you.
